User Experience Services

User Experience Research and Design: At Harris Anthropological Research (HAR), we specialize in crafting user experiences that are not only functional but deeply engaging—designed with empathy, precision, and purpose. Our suite of services is tailored to address every stage of the user-centered design process, ensuring your product or service aligns with your audience’s needs and expectations.

UX Services Offered and Pricing

Our pricing is tailored to meet the complexity and needs of your project:

  • Hourly Rates: $75/hour, covering access to more than 32 different methods, too many to list here. Research participant incentives are not included and are quoted separately. Travel costs beyond a 45-minute radius from HAR's office are not included. Hourly rates provide flexibility for projects where the scope may expand or evolve. This way, you're only billed for the time spent delivering value. Hourly rates are recommended for projects with uncertain scope or unforeseen complexities, when clients desire itemized hours tracking, ongoing adjustments based on new findings (e.g. Agile methods), or small quick projects.

  • Flat Fees: Based on deliverables with prices ranging according to scope and complexity. Research participant incentives are not included, and are quoted separately. Travel costs beyond a 45-minute radius from HAR's office are not included. A flat fee provides cost predictability, which is especially helpful for defined deliverables. It also ensures you know the total investment upfront. Flat fees are recommended for clearly defined projects, clients with strict budgets, or when clients favor simplicity.

For families, it fosters a sense of unity and identity. For communities and
